The founder and CEO of Smart Media LLC, Nicholas Tana works as a writer, director, musician, and actor. In the past, he has served as a Production Assistant for KAET, Channel 8, here in Tempe, Arizona, and as an Associate Director for ESPN International, Bristol, CT. An award winning playwright and published author, his play "The Nun, The Bum, And The Gun" won both the NEAT 2000 Award and The Arts In The Park Award. His sketch comedy act "The Naked Model" was performed to a sell out crowd at Stand Up New York. He has also worked as a Journalist, Copywriter, and Technical Writer and is a member of The Society For Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators. As a musician, he serves as the singer and songwriter for the band BrotherFromAnother. His music has appeared on numerous television spots including ESPN’s X-Games. His acting experience is in mostly plays and Independent Films. He has studied at the renowned HB Studios in New York City, and with Elaine Stein, here in Phoenix, Arizona. He currently makes his living as a Freelance writer and director.
